Congratulations on bringing your new furry family member home! Because you have chosen an AMTC breeder, you are now eligible to register online using your preprinted application. Don't have an AMTC Pre-Printed Puppy Application? Click here to learn how to join AMTC.

How to register your puppy

To complete the online puppy registration process, you'll need the Pre-Printed Puppy Application that the breeder gave to you at the time of purchase. You'll need to enter the application number and the birthdate, and make sure that the breeder signed your application.

Step 1: Fill-out the application below and pay the applicable registration fee to register your new puppy. If you encounter an error on application page, try again. If you encounter an error a second time follow step three and call AMTC at: 866-246-3905 to speak to a live representative.
Step 2: Once you have completed the online application, and AMTR processes your application, you will receive a email confirmation.
Step 3: If for some reason payment could not be collected during application process - then please make payment by PayPal button below application.

If for any reason you have made a mistake on your application and your registration papers have already been issued there is a remake fee of $10.00 assessed to have your registration papers corrected. Send us an email here letting us know what needs to be corrected and Pay the remake fee below:

Once you have submitted your puppy application and applicable fee(s), you puppy's papers will be sent to the address you provided. Please allow between 2-3 weeks after we receive information to receive your papers.
