AMTC VIOLATION ACTIONS

What are considered violations of the AMTC rules and polices? Any rules, polices, codes of conduct, code of ethics, mission statements and procedures are rules and polices outlined for the American Morkshire Terrier Club that all puppy owners, pet owners, enthusiasts and breeders "agree to" upon joining the AMTC. Any violation of such rules and polices can and may result in AMTC suspension, being barred and repeat or serious violations will result in revoking membership indefinitely.
In the event an AMTC member has violated the rules and polices outlined for the American Morkshire Terrier Club we will compile a list of individuals who have been either suspended, barred or revoked. AMTC makes every attempt to maintain the accuracy of the following list, and the list is updated regularly. During the period of suspension or barred, a person who is suspended/barred may be prohibited from, but not limited to one or more of the following: 
  1. They are suspended/barred from registering any dogs in their names (joint or individual ownership). They may, however, transfer any dogs currently registered in their names (joint or individual ownership) to another individual(s), except they may not transfer dogs to any member of their families, spouses, or companions. Companion is defined as anyone who resides at the same address as the suspended individual. 
  2. They are suspended/barred from registering any dogs in their names (joint or individual ownership) and they may not transfer any dogs currently registered in their names (joint or individual ownership).
  3. They are suspended/barred from registering any litters and from signing any litter registrations in any capacity. No offspring of a dog registered in their names (joint or individual ownership) is eligible for registration with the AMTC.
  4. They are suspended/barred from advertising any litters, or their kennel on the AMTC breeder's list page in any capacity.
Any violation of these sanctions or any other AMTC rule or policy during the time period in which the individual is barred or suspended may result in their being "revoked" indefinitely.
