Breeder MEMBERSHIP application

If you are a Breeder and wish to join the American Morkshire Terrier Club, please read the Breeder's Terms of Membership.

Please follow Steps 1-3 to apply for BREEDER Membership:

Breeder Membership:
STEP 1: Pay the one-time Breeders' membership join fee of $50 for US or $55 International (PayPal drop-down below). There is a $5 increase fee for each breeding dog you are registering, Example: one-time fee and two breeding dogs = $60.

STEP 2: If your breeding dogs are currently registered with another registry accepted by the AMTC then you only pay the $50 for US or $55 International (the $5 per breeding dog is waived).

STEP 3: Complete online Breeder Membership Application below or you can download form here: Breeder Membership Application and mail it in with a check or money order payable to:

NOTE: Please send in your payment at the time of your application to avoid delay in the processing of your application.

*By submitting the above application I (we) certify that all the data submitted above and accompanying this application is correct to my (our) knowledge. I (we) understand that all the information becomes the property of the AMERICAN MORKSHIRE TERRIER CLUB, INC. (AMTC). The AMTR will do its utmost to verify all the information prior to registration. The information provided is solely the applicant’s responsibility to be correct. If AMTR finds falsified information or records, they are entitled to keep all fees paid and registration will be revoked for each dog. The information provided to AMTR is confidential and for the use of AMTC and its owner(s). Each owner agrees to indemnify, hold harmless AMTC and all its representatives from any claim or damages whatsoever based on any inaccurate or misleading information provided for this registration by the above owner(s)*

Once you have submitted your Breeder Membership application and we receive the applicable fee(s), you dog's papers will be sent to the address you provided. Please allow between 2-3 weeks after we receive information to receive your papers..

If for any reason you have made a mistake on your application and your registration papers have already been issued there is a remake fee of $10.00 assessed to have your registration papers corrected. Send us an email to: amtc@amtcusa.com letting us know what needs to be corrected and Pay the remake fee below:
